Sally Seekings , Certified Life Coach and owner of Kaleidoscope Coaching, has over 25 years' experience as a middle manager and entrepreneur in jobs ranging from sole owner/manager of a B&B to Director of Quality in a pharmaceutical firm. She is uniquely qualified to understand the pressures and stress placed on today's middle manager experiencing corporate downsizing and today's "do more with less" corporate mindset. Her experience as a small business owner contributes to her ability to coach entrepreneurs in achieving business objectives.

Sally co-partners with middle managers and entrepreneurs who want to focus on creating sanity by establishing work-life balance. She has a talent for motivating individuals to take action and achieve great results. Sally is passionate about sharing her experience, strength, and hope with others.

Her passions are kayaking, writing, gardening, spiritual growth and leadership, her cats, and her dog, Thunder. Her education includes a B.S. in Chemistry and an M.B.A. She is a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance.
